Type 1 diabetes

Dear All,
Just realised that I have used my main email address for membership
of a “web mail group”. The spammers will be sending me junk mail by
the bucket full. I will remove myself from the members list and sign
up again later with an alternative email address.
Please feel free to send any messages directly to my current email
address - but I have to stop those blasted spammers otherwise I will
have to close my main email a/c to get rid of them.
