Glad you decided to post! Wow- type 1 at 43 huh? I know the age ranges are just a guide line, I had wondered how often they were wrong! ( I was diagnosed with bell's palsy at 7 which you should not get till your 60's, and then MS at 16 which the lower age for is 20-30) LOL, so I know they never rule you out for something just because of age.
