Hyperinsulinemia
To Everyone, and especially Doctors, Physicians and Nutritionists on the list,
Good morning. I have been doing some research on hyperinsulinemia because I believe I have it. I have all the symptoms but due to a busy schedule have not been able to go to the doctors and have the glucose test. Will the glucose test be the determining factor or do the other symptoms speak for themselves.
Here are a list of symptoms:
feel bloated after eating
hungry shortly after eating
very lethargic
not motivated
weakness
shakiness
mood shifts
anxiety and panic
lack of motivation
occasional seizures and loss of consciousness (very brief) about 10-15 seconds
I am not asking for a diagnosis, although I would take one, I am just wondering if I am on the right track.
