With 3 kids I have a kitchen calendar which we live by. Picture dates, important school functions and such. I just write insulin on the date 30 days after I open the vial and it is a great reminder as I check the calendar almost every day. I also keep it on the inside door of our pantry so it is right in my face every time I make a meal, lol.
