Low COMBATIVES >: )

Hello Folks,

Was reading the emails this morning and wanted to try and get a thread started hopefully that’ll stay unique and on track as they say ; )

How many of us RESIST when we are low….? How many resist…. “passionately”?

Love to hear more discussion as to what tricks get used when the “resistance” is meaningful….

Part b), WHY DO WE “resist”… what in the blazes is that all about??!?!?!?!?

Jeff

    Jeff,

Had to laugh at your “What’s that about” question. I get extremely, vehemently, against ANYONE giving me something to raise my BG, even the nice police officer at the Dairy Queen.

On the other hand, when I opened my eyes to a room full of male paramedics, I was sweet as could be, no pun intended. It’s all so unpredictable.

Jeff, I had a severe low today and didn’t resist in any way. I hopped on it because I was about to vomit. My body now reacts with the shaking and nausea as well. I drank two yogurt smoothies that have 14 carbs in each and it fixed me right up with about 3 oz. of regular apple juice. I felt better in minutes. Scared my middle son, though.
It was my own fault for injecting 6 Reg. and losing track of time and not eating at lunch. I never resist, it’s pointless. I am comfortable knowing it’s a little high rather than too low.

    Carol
