This one you pay for AFTER you are picked!  I think it is the only way they can fund it.  There are too many drug companies that don't want this to work.

And why would you not qualify for a trial?

The U of Wisconsin was wanting $32,000.00 for all the treatment involved, except lodging that was not incorporated into the transplant itself, travel to/from and the rejection meds.  They would provide the pre-transplant testing, the transplant injections and follow-up.  I looked into it, too, but want to be a nurse more than try something still unproven.  If I were taking anti-rejection meds, the increase risk for infection would be too great to go and do what I love to do....
