Alcohol/Dance
Tell her to smile and have fun.
As a judge for these things I personally look for the child that looks like they are having a good time and not there for other reasons. Of course ability comes in to play along with technique. But if they kids are running pretty close on scoring the child with the better personality/attitude wins.(and I don’t mean those stuck on cheesin grins, I hate that!)

Rhonda,
So, what other titles have you had???!!!
Thank you for the tips. When Kaitlin dances, she is sincere. She acknowledges her talent as a Gift, and dances for Him. She really does not worry about what the judges score. Her smile is genuine, and she loves it. When off stage, Kaitlin is very quiet and shy, but the metamorphosis is astonishing when she steps on stage.
Do you teach presently? Do you teach your own kids? That would be challening, I think.
Warm regards,
Joan

Yes to both, and yes it is challenging. My dh teaches as well but only ballet once a week. He gets to teach our children as well. Always fun!
