Low carb diet

Hi, has anyone on here found that by following low carbs that their body
starts to act differently? On Jan. 27, I decided to lose some weight for
my son’s wedding in March. I lowered my carb intake to 40 a day and
adjusted my insulin to this as well. Since I have Celiac disease and
cannot have gluten (bread or anything made with wheat, flour, etc…) I
figured I could do this. I have lost 15 lbs since then. I’m not hungry
at all, I am also finally digesting food and am able to have regular
bowel movements that for years I haven’t be able to do since I am
supposed to have Diabetic Gastropareisis. I no longer need the Reglan
for that.
It shocked me to hear my stomach gurgle last week. My bladder has
calmed down and not nearly as hard to deal with as it was in the past.
Rashes I was having periodically have stopped too. My dr. doesn’t know
yet that I am doing this because he didn’t want me to. Just wondered if
anyone else noticed changes in their bodies by going low-carb. I do eat

a lot of salads, vegetables and Cool Whip Lite if I want something sweet
as well as some meats.
Any input I’d would love to hear.
