Fiber Question
I believe it has to do with whether the fiber is soluble or insoluble. One gets digested, the other sucks water out of your system through your large intestine walls, therefore making it easier for things to ‘pass through.’ Alleging that to be true, then the digestable stuff will have some calories in it……. don’t know if this helps much, but it wounds good!
