Insulin & Buses, trains, planes….

You can take it on a train, on a plane, in a bus, on a trike, for a hike… it matters not. (Diabetes Dr. Seuss… I LOVE being able to do this….<sigh
Shaking should not do any harm…. heck if you were taking some of the cloudy insulins (ie NPH insulin) in a way you theoretically might skip a step in the injection-mixing process (e.g. rolling the vial)… but I always liked rolling the vial made me feel like I was actually doing something…. <gentle shrug

PS there is a different challenge when using insulin ON a plane, while in flight… but that isn’t a factor here… unless you’re driving at some awfully high altitudes while in a pressurized cabin :
