That has happened to me a few times. Once I forgot to put my pump back on after my shower. I realized it after a few hours. Needless to say, my sugar was sky high. Went to a baseball game, got hot and sweaty and my infusion set pulled out w/out me knowing about it. I pigged out on all the game food, a couple hot dogs, some cotton candy and lemonade, bolusing for each not knowing I wasn't getting any insulin into me. The end result....508. I changed my infusion set and it came down nicely...but kinda freaked me out.....no time for DKA. jenny Oh, man! Glad you’re okay now. How was the game? I hope everything else is going well!
