		<description>I have no idea why sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. I know
that stress is supposed to make your numbers rise but I have definitely
seen it fall. I think part of it might also be the type(s) of insulin
being used. I think if you're using NPH, you can drop from a good reading
to a low one very easily if stressed out. I wasn't on Lantus long enough
to see if the same thing happened. Now I'm on a pump and have trouble
keeping my numbers down. I have been very stressed about it, so that might
have something to do with it.
What insulin(s) are you using now?
