Introducing myself
Hello, I have been diabetic since the age of 21,I am now 61.I am on a
daily insulin regime of three injections of Actrapid(similar to
Humulin S) and one of Insulatard.
I live in England ,have a wife and three Irish setters and five
cats,not to forget two sons who have long flown the nest.
I look forward to being a member of this group and I hope I will be
able to offer some useful contributions.

Welcome, Howard!
Even though we find ourselves all dealing with diabetes in one way or another, our endocrine quirk has enabled us to meet each other. As Mike said, there are opposing points of view (or, should I say, enlightening points of view), great information, and the support is like none I have found anywhere else. The people in this group helped me to go on the pump! I’d be lost without all of ‘em.
